With our Cruisers Home Port service, you may request as many or as few mail shipments as you like. Shipping requests can be made over the phone, by email or if you prefer via your secure Mail Manager Pro online account. In all cases if your order is submitted by noon EST, we can send your mail shipment out the same day…Guaranteed! If you are stationary you can set up a repeat shipping schedule. We are very flexible and here to please.

PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- With Cruisers Home Port, there are no sign-up or yearly fees.
- Complete the Sign-Up Form and open your mail forwarding service account with a $100 deposit.
- A monthly service fee of $15.99 will be deducted from your account along with any mailing charges you have incurred.
- Simple and economical Flat-Rate postage fee: Each shipment is charged only the actual US Postal Service postage plus a $2.00 handling charge no matter how many pieces of mail.
- Storage Fees for packages held beyond 30 days – $0.10 per day.
- When your account balance drops below $10 you make another $100 deposit in your account. Typically this is done through a credit card payment.
- All transactions are recorded for monitoring via your secure Mail Manager Pro online account.
- When you no longer need our service, your remaining balance is refunded to you.
