As you travel from location to location, just let us know and we will send your mail whenever and however you request. We are very flexible and strive to meet your ever changing needs.
ONLY $13.99 PER MONTH
When subscribing to our RV Travelers Special Mail Service we will assign you a street address. Unlike a P.O. Box., this actual street address will allow you to accept, Certified Mail, UPS and Fed Ex and DHL deliveries.
SBI can also help you establish Florida residency, register your vehicle, register to vote and obtain your Florida driver’s license. Florida is a very low tax state; in addition our offices are located in Clay County which is considered a rural county making our insurance rates some of the lowest in Florida. PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
- With Travelers Special, there are no sign-up or yearly fees
- Complete the Sign-Up Form and open your mail forwarding service account with a $100 deposit
- A monthly service fee of $13.99 will be deducted from your account along with any mailing charges you have incurred
- Simple and economical Flat-Rate mail charges: Each shipment is charged only the actual US Postal Service postage plus a $2.00 handling charge no matter how many pieces of mail
- Storage Fees for packages held beyond 30 days – $0.10 per day.
- When your account balance drops below $10 you make another $100 deposit in your account
- Typically this is done through credit card payment
- All Clients must fill out a Postal Form 1583 in order for us to handle your mail. That form is provided to you via our online interface once you become a Client. The Postal Form 1583 must be notarized and then submitted through our online interface.
- If you prefer not to use our online system, SBI can also accept the Postal Form 1583 manually by mail or email. A $25.00 processing fee applies to each Postal Form 1583 submitted by mail or email. This fee covers the additional administrative time required to manually enter the information from the form and upload the required identification documents into the USPS database.
***If you choose to complete and submit the form through our provided online system yourself, there is no processing fee.

- Part time Travelers go on Inactive Status when off the road. No monthly service fees
- All Transactions can be viewed via your Mail Manager Pro online account
- When you no longer need our service, your remaining account balance is refunded to you
