When you become a client, we provide you with a street
address. (It is important to have an actual street address
vs. a P.O. Box. This way you can receive UPS & Fed Ex deliveries.)
It will look like this:

| You submit a change of address request to your local post office and when your mail comes to us, we hold it until you tell us when and where to send it. | |||||||
| The post office requires that you fill out the Postal Form 1583. The postal form will need to be notarized and the original sent back to us with a photocopy of two forms of ID (Instructions). We are not able to forward any mail until that form is received. Please note this is Postal Policy and not a SBI policy. | |||||||

| For our "Custom Mail Service" clients, we will sort for specific pieces of mail, i.e., send all tax information to CPA, toss out all letters from crazy Aunt Bertha, etc. | |||||||
| There is an exception to the "delete all bulk rate" rule... The IRS sends out your tax forms each year via bulk rate mail. You might not want them, but most of us need them! | |||||||
