Mail Scan Pro (MSP)

MSP allows you to actually view your incoming mail online the day it is received. Just log into Mail Manager Pro and view a picture of each new piece of mail, then click on the drop down box next to each envelope and instruct us to Hold, Send, Scan the Contents, or Shred the envelope. It is just that simple! MSP is designed as an add on service to compliment our Travelers, Cruiser Home Port, and Custom Service Plans. By viewing your mail online, we believe you will reduce the number of shipments you require by up to 75% and reduce the overall expense associated with your mail service account by about 50%.

Our proprietary software, uses the latest in scanning and bar code technology to monitor your mail from the initial incoming scan to the date of your shipment. We do this by placing bar code labels on all incoming mail, boxes, packages and shipments. As you view each piece of new mail and request us to: Hold, Scan Contents, Send or Shred, our bar code readers confirm that the action being taken is exactly as you instructed. To ensure the integrity of your online data, we utilize the latest security technology available today. Our web site is protected with a 256-Bit SSL Certificate and hosted in a co-location facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This means that your data has physical as well as electronic security. At St. Brendan's Isle we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of security available.

In addition to protecting the integrity of your electronic data, St. Brendan's Isle has contracted with "Shred for Good" a Division of Challenge Enterprises, for physical mail and document shredding. As the designated and licensed contract shredder for the Jacksonville, Florida Division of the IRS, "Shredded for Good" conducts business at their state of the art shredding facility, located in Green Cove Springs, FL.. All Mail to be shredded is kept secure, under lock and key with 24 hour camera surveillance. Once shredded, the destroyed mail receives a certificate of destruction and is then used as recycled fiber, to make new paper products. Not only is the integrity of your mail safe and secure you are also helping preserve the environment!.
